In lands of sun and sea, we know that pulling the fishnet is not a task for a single fisherman. Only the strength, the union and attunement of many people, working together, can make this happen.

Hence, we breathe, it's a time of gale-force wind. Let's work together. Let's become tightrope walkers. It never has been so important the balance to navigate in tides that go and come, that bring and take. Let's go.

It is necessary to move, to experience another condition, to open and give space, to share. Look beyond the horizon, allow yourself to be contaminated, dilute the boundaries, open the borders.

The year 2018 showed us the urgent need to know how to work together. We need to see ourselves again as members of a large Brazilian community. We must add strength to build, because there is a great destructive force threatening our existence.

There are two brazilian dance festivals that follow this thought: Vivadança International Festival and MID, the International Dance Movement of Brasilia. Together, they start a new partnership and aproximate the distances between the center and the northeast of the country.

The joint work allowed the circulation of 11 shows between the two festivals and the investment in international projects, with both France and Ibero-American countries, bringing artists and managers to dialogue with the two cities. From this bond, a network opened to new exchanges is formed, betting on ethics, art and delicacy.
